Foreign Body Removal

A foreign body removal is a procedure that involves taking out a foreign object or objects from a human body. The most frequent removals are to recover items from the ear, although they can also come from other body parts including the nose or eye. Eighty percent (80%) of instances requiring foreign body removal include children; however, it is also frequent for adults to require such therapy.
